Green Tea (Export Quality)
Green tea is a type of tea that have not undergone the same level withering and oxidation process like normal tea. To produce green tea, leaves from the plant are steamed, pan fried, and dried. Several varieties of green tea differ substantially based on the variety of C. sinensis used, growing conditions, horticultural methods, production processing, and time of harvest.
Green tea is promoted for improving mental alertness, relieving digestive symptoms and headaches, and promoting weight loss. Green tea and its components, including epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), have been studied for their possible protective effects against heart disease and cancer.

HOW TO BREW
For best flavour, use filtered water and boil (90oC.) let boil boiling water cool for about 2 minutes. Pour hot water into your teacup. Place the 1g or 2g green tea in the hot water. Allow the tea to steep for 3 minutes and enjoy.
